Guitar Building BlocksReviews of musicmatchr.com

I am relatively new to Taylor's program but have greatly enjoyed it so far. While the program is geared primarily to new students, I have enjoyed it as someone who played in the distant past and am getting back into playing again. Taylor is incredibly patient and provides an excellent mix of basic theory and practical steps to get playing quickly, with basic chord shapes, strumming patterns and keys, integrated with playing contemporary songs to keep things interesting. Excellent program.

Felt lost and frustrated jumping from one YouTube “how to play guitar” video to another. Playing the guitar felt like a hopeless journey. . . until I gave MusicMatchr building blocks a try. Taylor is honest, encouraging, and always there when help, support, or encouragement is needed. The best part about the program, besides working, is the lessons are on my schedule and my current skill level. I can spend as much time I need mastering a lesson before progressing to the next lesson which is extremely beneficial for my later in life decision to pick up a guitar! Jump into MusicMatchr! You won’t be disappointed!

Guitar Building Blocks is the best lesson program I’ve enrolled in. Taylor’s lessons are fun and easy to understand. I also love that I can learn at my own pace and apply what I’ve learned playing along to jam tracks. THE best part of the program are Taylor’s LIVE group coaching session every week. Taylor explains more in depth about skills and techniques we learn in the building blocks. And how they’re applied to popular songs. We can also book private sessions. I’m very happy I made the decision to join and truly grateful for Taylor’s guidance.

I got a lot out of the lesson on “Sweet Home Alabama”. I love the way Taylor teaches the song in the simplest way and then gradually teaches the more advanced ways to play it. Sincerely, Arthur M.

Taylor's lessons are easy to understand and follow. I've learned a great deal from him and feel that the lessons have given me a good start on moving forward with guitar playing.

starting out with guitar, this is the first website that I encountered through social media. At first I was hesitant, but I'm glad I signed up and continue to learn guitar. Thank you, 5*

Taylor has put together a very informative and enjoyable guitar learning platform. The lessons are easy to follow along with, challenge you with new concepts that build on each other, and give a clear path through them. Also, as a great bonus, he does live classes online every Saturday morning.

Taylor is an excellent instructor, he makes all lessons enjoyable but detailed. I would especially recommend his site for any new guitarist looking to get a good baseline of knowledge to start your guitar journey.
