Music City GiftsReviews of musiccitycardsandgifts.com

I have ordered my sister a cow parade cow every year for Christmas for the last four or five years from Music City Gifts, and I am never disappointed! They have the best customer service - never late, always in good shape, and they always have what I'm looking for! A perfect place to shop for the collector!

I ordered a thing 1 thing 2 ornament. It was sold out on almost all other sites. The sites that did have it cost way more than Music City. My item arrived quickly. It was very well protected in bubble wrap. There was no way that it could have been damaged in shipping with how great they packaged it. I would definitely buy from them again!

Never heard of this company and am happy I found it because the quality and price of the Wizard of Oz Set I bought was exceptional. The web site is very user friendly, the service and packaging was top-notch. I have no complaints...just happy results.

Excellent!!!!!!

I was very happy how easy the ordering was online. The merchandise was in excellent condition when I received them.

I placed an order and received a phone call saying that one of the things I had ordered was not available and was offered a replacement item. The fact that they called to in form me was very much appreciated and would order from them again and recommend them to others. Not very often now a days do you get personal and friendly customer service.

Was a perfect on-line shopping experience from start to finish. I actually called them before ordering on-line and found the lady I spoke with to be extremely pleasant and helpful. And if you have concerns about fragile items being shipped - DON'T! I ordered two fairly fragile figurines, watched the mailman literally THROW the box on my doorstep - and it was so well packaged that they were in perfect condition!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Fast shipping and in great condition to Japan. Thank you!
