Signed me up to a subscription , keep taking money out of my account , impossible to get hold of , no communication from them at all , AVOID

It is impossible to cancel the subscription, despite many emails and assurances, they keep sending and charging. Product is ok but the hassle is not worth it. Avoid.

Shocking customer service. I’ve been charged for a subscription I didn’t sign up for and have now sent 5 emails asking for a refund and to cancel the order, and haven’t had a single response.

Paid £22 , waste of money . Items that arrived look cheap and nasty . You get foundation , sponge and a free gift box - all tacky and cheap looking . Not worth the money . Asked to return , as they do a 30 day. Money back , not only do they keep not replying to me but now saying I have to pay a return cost . I won’t buy from them again also you can get foundation cheaper on line . Very poor customer service and communication . Would not recommend
