Based on that we'll design an at home hormone test kit for you. Our hormone tests are either solely a blood prick or a blood prick and a saliva test in certain cases. Once your results area ready, our practitioner will add her insights to help you understand what biomarkers are normal, optimal or out of range. Your personalized protocol is then presented to you at that point, with monthly check ins where we'll adapt your plan to meet your evolving needs! Every 4 months, we encourage you to re-test your hormones so you can track the progress yourself.
