muse.aiReviews of muse.ai

Nigh unusable. Hallucinated responses and lock down of personal information is difficult to impossible. States that it won't 'sell' your data, but provides 'intent signals' to monetize you via Facebook and Instagram. If my actions and Muse history are being monetized, what's the difference. All the five star reviews on this site are from years ago, most likely from the devs themselves, so they're Fake!

I did not sign up for anything yet I keep getting repeatedly charged for it. When I try to cancel my account it says Im not signed up for anything and all the instructions to fully delete an account on it do not work. There is no way to contact any customer service either.

Do not trust anything that you ask in a spiritual light-no astrology or tarot. True, it was for fun but I caught it in a lie bc I was paying attention. They had to admit it.

I purchased the $20 month plan for 500M tokens a month. I've been working on a video project and after 4 days, and MANY failed videos, I'm already down to 30% usage BECAUSE Muse has screwed up almost every single video request. What sucks is that I am the one punished for the mistakes Muse makes because it charges my tokens for the failed videos it generates. If I could give this review a zero, I would. I would NOT recommend it

I only wanted one thing, have it book golf tee times. Heard from a friend it worked, only works if there isn't demand as it is very slow. It ponders before providing an answer or any action. Accordingly at 6am, even after telling it to log into the account 4 mins early so it is ready, it then takes 10-20 seconds to do anything. May try in the future, right now it is rubbish.

Even advertisement is so bad that I do not want to use this app. I think it is targeted towards low iq users. I even did not think of trying it.

worth experence totally fake time waster

Beware.. I was offered a subscription to continue watching a story. After I subscribed and went to watch the next episode I was told there were no more episodes at this time. I had to subscribe to a subscription to finish a show that was not done yet. I canceled right away and asked for a refund since I was mislead and it also showed a 30 day money back guarantee. I was told they would only offer me a 50 percent refund and if I didn't accept that then they would refund nothing. So now they want to keep half of my money for subscribing for 5 minutes and not receiving what I subscribed for. They are also not honoring the 30-day guarantee that was showing in white print. Update: After several emails back and fourth with the company trying to strong arm me into a half refund. I kept refusing and they finally agreed to a full refund. I will update when my refund returns to my account.
