Great service backed up by amazing support. Just as you would want it to be. I have over 100 videos hosted with these guys, and have been using them for a few years now. Really pleased.

good experience

The folks at Muse have given us the BEST Video hosting platform! We have a TON of content and muse holds them well and gives us the features we need! And the technical support (when needed) is top notch! They even modified the product features based on our feedback. Can't ever ask for more than that!

I have been using muse.ai for about 3 years now. Usually when I have a question they reply pretty quickly. However recently they went the extra mile. So I thought I'd share that experience here for anyone considering using the service. I sent in a feature suggestion to make accounts more secure (2FA). About a week or so later they wrote me back to let me know all accounts now have 2FA. Now I don't think I will really need to look anywhere else for video hosting.

I had a payment issue that was stressing me out (a mistake made on my end) and it was resolved within minutes. A++ customer service and I also use and love the platform for content hosting in my business.

Excelente! El muy facil de usar. Tiene gran calidad en la terminacion.

The platform is excellent. I use it for storing videos, editing them, having the transcript, and displaying them in my lab experiments. Also, the team is fantastic. Whenever I have a problem, I reach out to them and the support I get is invaluable.
