Hi Vicky, We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. That sounds incredibly frustrating, and no one should have to deal with a missing package and unhelpful customer service. We believe there may be a mix-up, though. We’re Muscle MX (musclemx.com), and we’re often confused with a similarly named company, Muscle Max (officialmusclemax.com). We hear from frustrated Muscle Max customers every week who’ve reached out to us by mistake. A few things that may help clear it up: -We searched our customer records and couldn’t find an order under your name. -We ship only with USPS and UPS, never through overseas carriers. -Our products are made in Utah, and we ship only within the U.S. When you get a chance, could you check the website or receipt from your purchase? If it turns out to be a different company, we’d really appreciate you updating or removing this review so it reflects the right business. If you do have an order with us or have any questions, please contact us through musclemx.com and we’ll be glad to help. Thank you, The Muscle MX Team

This review was left for the wrong company. We're Muscle MX (musclemx.com), a Utah business that sells CBD topical balms and lotions. We have no connection to MuscleMax (officialmusclemax.com) or the products you bought from them. We don't sell shilajit, sea moss, or supplement gummies. We don't offer supplement subscriptions, and we don't ship internationally. We have no record of your order. Please contact MuscleMax directly at [email protected], and please remove this review from our page. Kami, Muscle MX

Hello Dawn, Hi Dawn, We're sorry to hear about this experience — a package sent to the wrong state with no response to your emails or calls would frustrate anyone, and we'd genuinely like to help sort it out. Before replying we searched our records, and we don't have anyone under your name who has purchased from us. That, combined with one detail in your review, makes us think this may be a case of mistaken identity: you mentioned the phone number wasn't functioning, but our line (801-565-4718) is active and answered during business hours. It's possible the order was placed with a different company that has a similar name. Either way, we'd like to help however we can. Please email us at [email protected] or call 801-565-4718 and we'll do everything possible to help you track down your order or point you to the right place. If it turns out the purchase wasn't with Muscle MX, we'd also be grateful if you'd consider updating or removing this review so it reflects the right company. Thank you, Mike Baghoomian Muscle MX

Hi Tony, We're sorry you're dealing with a month of back-and-forth trying to cancel, sounds genuinely frustrating. But we think there's an important mix-up here that's worth clearing up, because it may be why you're not getting anywhere. We're Muscle MX (musclemx.com). We sell only topical balms, Activate, Recovery, and Restore. We have never run a subscription, auto-ship, or autopay program of any kind, so there's no way to have been auto-enrolled or charged on a recurring basis by us. We also have no record of any orders or support emails matching your name. The subscription and recurring shipments you're describing point to a different company with a similar name Muscle Max (officialmusclemax.com), based in Canada. They're a separate business, and we're not affiliated with them. To actually stop the charges, you'll want to contact Muscle Max directly through officialmusclemax.com. And we'd be grateful if you'd update or remove this review, since it's describing their business rather than ours. If there's anything we can do to help point you in the right direction, just let us know at [email protected] or 801-565-4718. Hope you get it sorted quickly. Mike Baghoomian Muscle MX

Hello Ben, We completely understand the frustration of a package that hasn't moved in four weeks, that's a long wait, and we'd want answers too. But we'd like to clear something up, because we don't believe this order was placed with us. We searched our records and don't have anyone under the name Ben Great who has ordered from Muscle MX. We ship domestically within the US, and a four-week window with only a "label created" status doesn't match our fulfillment but it is consistent with cross-border shipping from Canada. That points to a different, similarly named company: Muscle Max (officialmusclemax.com), based in Canada and known for long international shipping times. They're a separate business, and we're not affiliated with them. To follow up on your order and its tracking, you'll want to contact them directly through officialmusclemax.com. For what it's worth, customer service is something we take real pride in here at Muscle MX. Our customers can reach us by email at [email protected], by phone at 801-565-4718, or through live chat on musclemx.com and we respond to every message. If there's anything we can do to help point you in the right direction, we're glad to. Since this describes a company other than ours, we'd be grateful if you'd consider updating or removing the review. Thank you, Mike Baghoomain Muscle MX

Hello Nick, Being put on a subscription you never agreed to, and then not being able to get a refund, is genuinely infuriating, and we understand why you're upset. But we think there's a mix up here, and we'd like to help clear it up. Can we ask: was your order for sea moss or shilajit gummies? We ask because Muscle MX doesn't sell those, or any gummies or supplements at all. We make only topical balms (Activate, Recovery, and Restore). We also have never enrolled a customer into a subscription, autoship, or autopay program of any kind. It simply isn't something we do. Everything you've described, from two months of product to an unwanted subscription to the gummies themselves, matches a different company with a similar name: Muscle Max (officialmusclemax.com), based in Canada. They are a separate business and we are not affiliated with them. To pursue your refund and cancel the subscription, you'll need to contact them directly through officialmusclemax.com. If it turns out you did order from us, we would absolutely want to make it right. Email [email protected] or call 801-565-4718 and we'll help however we can. And if the order was with Muscle Max, we'd be grateful if you'd update or remove this review, since it describes their company rather than ours. Thank you, Mike Baghoomian Muscle MX

Hello DW, Thanks for the note, though we're a bit puzzled by it, because Muscle MX doesn't sell lollies. We make topical products only: Activate, Recovery, and Restore. We don't sell any candy, gummies, or edibles of any kind. "Lollies" is a term for sweets or candy, so it sounds like this may be a mix up with a different company that has a similar name: Muscle Max (officialmusclemax.com), based in Canada, which does sell edible products like gummies. We're a separate business and not affiliated with them. If you believe you purchased from us and something isn't right, we'd be glad to help. Reach us at [email protected] or 801-565-4718. Otherwise, we'd appreciate it if you'd update or remove this review, since it doesn't describe Muscle MX. Thank you, Mike Baghoomian Muscle MX
