I’ve been a Muscle Intelligence Coaching member for 2.5 years and have attended three Muscle Camps, and the experience has been outstanding. The accountability has been a game changer. Regular check-ins with a my coach have kept me consistent and training longer than I have since high school. The staff are true experts in their fields, and I can trust I’m getting the right answers the first time. The Muscle Camps are also extremely valuable. The in-person, hands-on coaching helps dial in form and teaches the right level of intensity in a way that’s hard to replicate on your own, all while staying safe. Overall, the level of personalization, execution, and coaching quality sets Muscle Intelligence apart. If you’re serious about improving your physique and understanding how to train properly, this is one of the best programs out there.

Muscle Intelligence changed my life. Aside from dropping over 70 pounds of fat and gaining ~ 20 pounds of muscle, I am now more resilient to face what were at one point insurmountable challenges. They gave me the tools to cope with stress/ crippling anxiety. I now have the energy and the wherewithal to deal with anything life throws at me.

It's been an incredible journey working with the coaches at Muscle Intelligence. As a formerly skinny guy with age related aches and pains, I've now put on 10kg and feel the strongest and healthiest I've ever felt. I've learnt so much from their tailoring of nutrition and workout programming phases to my specific genetics and health markers over time. They have improved my mindset, focus, and execution, saving me from any junk training volume. Give their content a follow, they have plenty of freely accessible content even before you go down the rabbit hole of group or 1-1 coaching, though I highly recommend diving into the deep end!

The coaches and environment was great. Wish we all lived closer would do once a month.

Muscle camp was outstanding! I’ll use the lessons I learned for the rest of my life. It would truly be worth 5x the cost. Coaches are outstanding and my workouts will be forever improved!

Ben has forged a good team of knowledgeable coaches and support personnel. They all love what they do and readily share their knowledge while challenging your self perceived limitations. Well done.

What a great experience attending this year's Muscle camp in Tampa. Came back much more knowledgeable on how to wok the muscle and take the joints out of it. Having lifted for 20+ years, this camp was refreshing. These coaches know their stuff. I have had trainers before but none like these. When you can teach the science of lifting, you are on another level. These coaches pushed me to limits I had never pushed to. Did not want the camp to end. Came back home excited to put these new skills to use. Can't wait to see the gains!

You can tell the coaches care about the clients. They know when to push, know how to motivate, and won't give you more than you can handle. The coaches are knowledgeable and use that to help move clients forward. You call tell they put effort into their work and want clients to succeed.
