I've been spending my money buying things I like in the Sporting good department since 2016. I have had exceptional service by guys like Stan. James. Dean. Frank. Dave and Derek. Today I was there looking to get some things that were locked up and asked for help. The guy working looked at me and walked away. He was not helping anyone else. I finally got him to come over and he said he heard me. I asked him why he ignored me since he said he heard me and he said something kinda smart smartassish. I then asked to pay for them and he insisted I go up front. I forgot his name, but won't forget how he treated me. A couple of days ago I was there to pick up an item and he was too busy to ask me if I needed help so I came in a day later when I knew someone would be there to help me. The new guys in Sporting goods are not customer service oriented and possibly not very knowledgeable about firearms. Please find better people like Frank and James. If these yahoos are as good as it gets I will end my ten year streak and shop elsewhere. ​

Even though I read other trust pilot reviews, I thought, hey these are boots and the price is great, why not try it anyway? I did and I regret doing so. The boots arrived timely and tracked, which was nice, BUT they arrived damaged right out of the box. They had mulitple black smudges/color run (they are black and white leather Justin boots). I was so disgusted that I immediately started a return request with customer service. They approved the return. I sent them back. I didn't want to bother doing an exchange since there didn't feel like a guarantee that I would get an undamgaged pair next time. Despite the representative that I spoke to telling me that I would not be charged a restocking fee, I still was! That's such poor service in my opinion that I will never shop there again.

I ordered 7 items from this company. It turned out that they never had the 2 items I really needed even though one of them just went on sale (???). I got an e-mail saying 2 items were canceled but nothing showed in e-mail what they were. I had to wait to via chat for like 15 minutes to find out what they were. Then... when the other items were shipped, they ended up charging me for the canceled items!!! Had to go on chat again to get my money back for those 2 items. Even though employees are nice via chat, they are very slow in answering your question or concern. The internet side of the company seems to be extremely poorly run. Physical store is probably nice, employees were professional, but internet shopping experience was disastrous and disappointing :(

Today after a mandatory 24 hour mandatory wait time by the sales clerk, i was able to pick up my order, simply because he didn't want to take the time to fill out the ATF transfer form because i didn't purchase my pistol form murdoch's and had it shipped to them (very unprofessional) I was assisted today by two very polite and helpful sales clerks whom took the very simple short steps to fill out the necessary paperwork and further assist in selling me the proper ammo.
