Bought a Romulan bundle from multiverse beans . Rock salt from Romulan was not sealed! The communion was sealed . No buying seeds that aren’t sealed from the cultivar! Jake from Romulan is in videos on YouTube saying not to trust unsealed seeds! Very disappointing! I do not use unsealed merchandise! Don’t have the time to play with trusting this company.

****UPDATE**** I decided to look at their site and check my order status even though I know it’s 🐂 💩 and the delivery address had been changed. They changed just the state so it would be undeliverable and returned to them…. F these sketchy 🍑 people!!! Want to start with if my order ever actually gets shipped and I receive it I will update my review… it shows completed on the orders page of my account… and Ive received emails saying it was processed and even an email giving me a shipping date (that’s come and gone) they say in emails they have yet to even start processing my order. A follow up email later “we are out of X seed we can refund it replace it or you can pick a replacement” leading me to believe that it was finally being processed many more days have passed since that interaction… I am trying to be patient BUT I PAID FOR THE INSURANCE… I paid for the RUSH PROCESSING… I paid for the UPGRADED shipping…. And here it is 16 days since my order and they ain’t even packed my order yet… to be fair they did offer to refund the rush processing fee but if I ask for a refund I want the whole 300 dollars back not just 3…. I’m sure since they are basically having a going out of business sale due to changing laws they don’t give 1 flying…. About a bad review but I wish I would have checked trust pilot before I made my order… had several more orders I wanted to make but I’ll just spend my money else where after this nightmare experience. Hopefully any potential customers see this and realize what they are getting into and decide to just pass on this company…

I have been ordering from Multiverse Beans since 2021 without a single issue, but my latest experience has been completely unacceptable. My package arrived a quarter of the way open. Inside, the individual seed pouches—including the Robinhood Cap Junky x BBC drop—were completely damp on the outside due to extreme heat and humidity during transit. Moisture and heat ruin seed viability, which is exactly why buyers pay for shipping insurance. When I contacted customer service, Paul stated they would only replace the tier-one freebies, refusing to replace the actual Robinhood seeds I paid for. He claimed they contacted "thctitan," who allegedly said the Robinhood seeds "should" be okay. "Should" is not an acceptable guarantee when you pay extra for shipping insurance to cover compromised cargo. It is deeply disappointing that years of loyalty mean nothing when a legitimate shipping issue occurs. I am leaving this review to warn others that your shipping insurance may not be honored if your actual purchase arrives compromised. I will be sharing my experience across all active cannabis forums and communities. I am happy to update this review if Multiverse Beans decides to handle this appropriately and fully honors the insurance I paid for.

Scammer seed bank that tries to get people to buy bad genetics (herms, white label, low germination). Owner gaslights people on Reddit all the time to get business. Worst seed bank Ive ever tried.

Scam company running scare tactics. If you order a Autoflower you’ll get a photoperiod. Absolute trash, don’t waste your money no matter how good the “deal” looks.

Biggest scammers in the industry

Terrible company since the 6 my order still not shipped not to mention its not left there building but they put it out for post with out putting the item in the post biggest junk seed shop out there avoid at all cost useless iv had seed come from America in 3 days these lot taken the piss iv cancel my order with how annoyed I am stupid never again using that company 😑

Emailed support asking for the genetics on my seeds. Response: "they are our own strains from in house" and they would "get back to me on the genetics." Never did. Posted on their subreddit asking about the discrepancy. The owner responded publicly with a long winded book instead of just stating what the genetics are and stated: "I'm pretty sure all of the strains on the website now show the lineage. If we are missing one let me know and we can update it." He also stated: "If you or anyone else ever thinks we are dodging a question I would rather have you ask it here and let me answer it with receipts than let rumors just sit." he then proceeds to lock the post so i or anyone else that had a question cant even ask like he literally just asked us to do I checked his site immediately after that post. Titan 9 and Moonbeam (which is another strain i purchased) showed zero lineage information like he just stated did I make another post calling him out on giving me the run around just like him and his "company" have done for years prior. This is not a new issue. just google it. multiple sites and multiple users on reddit have had the same questions. My post was then deleted entirely. He never emailed me the genetic info he publicly promised to send. Im sure he will come up with some kind of excuse like he does for everything else. Why would you withhold genetic info on a strain you claim to have come up with? if thge genetics were already on the site to begin with like he also claims why wouldnt you just post them? nope instead dude goes on some long winded babble telling me the same bs "oh ive been working on the site and we mustve just mistakenly forgot." like oh you "forgot" but the rest of the description of said strains is still there just not the actual lineage. He purposely took them down because of being called out on fraudulent genetics and relabeling. the only people giving this clown 5 stars are his wang riding groupies blinded by the bullshit free seeds hes giving away cuz theyre trash. i have screen shots and emails and links to prove everything i say. theres also a instagram vid of him aasking for financial advice on an exit strategy to peddle as many seeds as possible before novembner. he has since put the genetics back up but that wasnt until i reach over 50k views in 24 hours calling him out. and theres alotttttttt more people dont know of...yet *brandonl7788 @proton .me* if you want screen shots get ahold of me
