It's a very inexpensive box full of items geared towards unique items for golf. Not your standard trash Tees. Cheap shirts. You could get off Amazon. The shirts are reputable small companies with a great product with awesome quality and feel. Training aids and golf club bag accessories. All perfect for new golfers not just trash to fill a box. I enjoy the learning how to play. I enjoy the the gear you can look forward to not getting the same thing.

I never received a confirmation email my order was received. I then emailed the company to get a response. I have yet to see track information and I was told AI would receive it within 48 hours.

I want to put it out there that you should be very careful when dealing with Mullybox. I subscribed to this for a Christmas present for my son. He received the first two shipments, which he said were “okay”, and when it was time for the 3rd shipment, due early July, I received an email stating it had been DELIVERED, and that my CC was charged. My son NEVER received it, and after MANY attempts to get a hold of someone through their site, I finally had to dig down to find an actual person….one of the owners! Apparently the MGP box, that was my subscription, had been discontinued! I NEVER received any notification of this, and they ALSO charged me for the July order that didn’t exist! The only way I was really able to communicate with someone was responding to their “new promotion”! I will never use Mullybox again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND it to any true and passionate golfer.

Hi Cathie, this is one of the most unusual experiences we have had in our 7 years of business. We are so deeply apologetic that it had to happen to you. Our customer service team always replies within a day, you can scroll and see that we are actually known for exceptional customer service. After our owner chatted with you on the phone, it seemed that you were not getting emails from him directly either. We are not sure if the email issue was on our end or yours, but there have not been any other instances with other customers like this. Sincere apologies and let us know if there is anything else we can do to fix the situation.
