I ordered a premium box about a week ago and paid for expedited shipping.. they have money, but still no box. Hoping they can reach out and give me some information or my money back.

The mystery box seemed a little bland. A cheap but okay hat, cheap bag for “valuables”, a score card holder, and a towel. Idk if it was worth $55-125 but it may have been worth what I paid. The monthly box though was pretty decent. I liked the socks, the putting practice doohickey, the ball strike stickers, and the ball marker. The balls are called premium and they are good, but not premium. The tees are enough to last me a month, but they are a little short for my tastes. I am going to give it a month or two longer to see what else they have to offer. I did get $15 off for being a newcomer and that is a plus.

I bought this as a gift for my uncle. He said that the balls were nice, but the socks were a little too much for him. I could forgive that, but I ended up getting charged for another month after cancelling my subscription. Customer service immediately refunded my money, but it was still a hassle.

Amazing company and great products from training aids, apparel, and gear. I have very much so enjoyed the service.

I really enjoy the variety of good items I receive in the Luxury box. Tons of useful, high quality stuff. Keep em coming!

Mullybox started out great, but after a few months it was like I was getting the same things over and over again. A lot of the stuff isn't anything I would normally want or buy, which is cool to try new things but again after a few months I have a box full of stuff I will likely never use. I think having an option to select what you get from a list would be a nice addition. Maybe throw in. T-Shirt every now and then, sunglasses, or something other than the same accessories over and over again.

I received my premium box for the first quarter of 2022. I was slightly disappointed with the contents of the box in the recent boxes. I have heard many good things about these boxes but I believe the quality of these items could be better, especially given the premium price (99.99 plux tax). Another thing, I would like to add is that there is lot of repetition of type items that I have been receiving (multiple head covers, power banks, balls). It could be the nature of being part of the a golf item subscription service. Lastly, Customer service has been great for me.

This months box didn’t live up to my expectations.
