Incredible Customer Service and Great Connection
This is the 1st time I purchased a regional SIM and I had my doubts going in but WOW! What a great experience. The Central Asia SIM covered the all but the two impossible 'stans' (Turkmenistan and Tajikistan) plus Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan in the Caucusus. Never had any connectivity issues but what absolutely amazed me was Mule's customer service. NEVER have I had such great responsiveness through e-mail (another of my group likewise was amazed). Muletek actually responds quickly, kind, and efficient with actual solutions. The cost? Incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend Muletek and they will be my 1st 'go to' in my future travels.
