The order was not for me and therefore cannot comment on the full functionality and quality. Price seem reasonable for what looked like good, quality products. Giving it a 4-star because the razor did not include a blade. For a $200+ razor-brush set one would expect the razor to come with atleast 1 blade so that the recipient may be able use it right away. I ended up placing another order for the blades. The product page on the website does not specify that blade is not included but does say what is included and does not say blade included anywhere. Therefore, one need to be careful when ordering and make sure to order blades. The order included a free 2pk shaving towels. All items are good, quality products and makes a great gift option.

I ordered a replacement shaving bowl for my husband and the website showed the one I wanted with silver rim. I order it, paid for postage, but when it arrived it was the wrong one, it did not have the silver rim. I contacted Muhle who said the one I wanted had been discontinued and I could return the item but it would be at my own cost. I contacted them again said this would cost me £10 to have the item delivered and returned, for an item that only cost £24.30. The gentlemen said he was sorry I had a bad experience but did nothing to fix the problem. I shall NEVER buy anything from Muhleshaving again with this lack of customer service.

*English below* Esperienza eccellente. ---------- Excellent experience. I bought from them a couple of times because I decided to switch to DE shaving. Since I loved it, I purchased again other shaving and skincare products. Those were as excellent as the razor. Shipping via DHL was quite fast. Their attention to detail is evident just by looking at the packaging. All the products ordered have proven to be excellent. They are solid, high-quality, and seem built to stand the test of time.

It is very easy to order. Shipping is great. I was able to find what I need. Great site. Thank you muhleshaving.com.

Excellent products; impeccable quality as always.

Very nice, top shelf quality and craftsmanship. I would expect nothing less from Muhle and they lived up to their reputation once again.

Very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

The brush looks excellent. My only gripe with it is that it has basically no backbone. It makes it tough to lather. If you need something that doesn't just flop over when you lightly press on it, I would get something else. It's definitely much less stiff than real silvertip badger.
