Smooth experience but with clear flaws
The overall experience was good. The selection of products was great and the price was reasonable. The packaging and delivery was also good. My only complaint is their handling of tax exemption form. On their website, they promised a 48 hour response after uploading, but mine was only processed after I contacted them several days later, because they sent me emails after emails either asking for review or advertising for their products. I made my purchase paying the tax that I should not have been paying, because I was in a hurry and also because I saw they had a discount, which was more than the tax. The website said the discount would only last for 2 days, but I checked a week later and the discount was still there. To conclude, I will keep shopping at MSE Supplies when necessary, but I think the tax exemption was done on purpose.
