Absolute scam. Everytime tried making a withdrawal they would cancel it saying it’s a security thing. Tried withdrawing four times every one of then cancelled. Avoid at all costs

Mrthrills29.com – avoid this site. I received my first withdrawal, which felt like it was just to keep me playing. After that, every withdrawal I attempted ran into “issues,” despite using the exact same details each time. Everything was correct, yet there was always a problem with no clear explanation. Requests to close my account were also ignored. My account was also fully verified. Save your money and just don't bother.

So six months later after requesting a withdrawal in 2025 I still have not received it. They tell you that it will take 21 business days but that will well expire. Then They will tell you that they will send a reminder to the financial department to speed the process up and these checks are to keep us safe and to keep you safe LOL if you do get through to a human now they have no shame of just cutting you off I’ve been a gambler for many years and this is by far the worst casino that I ever ever come across you’ll not receive your money RTP seems fair and you’ll be “winning” but trust me, you will not receive a penny. Keep away from this casino run a mile and don’t look back. it is a scam.

If I could give this site minus stars I would, a complete and utter scam site, also linked to Goldengenie1.com - fake licence number based in the Netherlands Antilles. I began using this site and wagered £100, became verified and continued playing, eventually “winning” £2500. I realised that they had actually taken numerous transactions from my various banks without my authority. I attempted to withdraw and after 24-48 hours, I was told that it was actually up to 21 days I had to wait. 21 days went by, then it was 21 business days. This was all told to me by the robot AI customer service they offer. 22 “business” days later, the withdrawal was cancelled, I complained to the bots and was eventually put through to a human who blocked me on the site and said it was still within the timeframe. I’ve emailed 300 times and not had one response, they cut me off on the chat and say my withdrawal is still going through security to keep ME safe 🤣 I’ve been waiting for this withdrawal since January and will never see a penny of it, I suggest you do chargebacks through your bank and explain you’ve been scammed. Absolute scumbags and should be shut down, they’ll get found in the end but I’m sure by then even more people will have been had off by them. Genuinely the WORST of all online “casinos” I hope they get what they deserve.

Dreadful. Absolutely no response to any enquiries to this company- just ignoring everything you send to them I don't know on what basis they operate or what standard they expect from their staff but it sets a pretty low bar. Leave well alone.

Complete scam, followed every term and condition, requested withdrawal and for 5 weeks they kept saying it was taking so long as part of their security protocols that were for my "safety" then they just gave up replying..

Avoid avoid avoid. This site should have 0 stars. Utterly awful. Lack of support on chat, stupidly high play through terms and funnily enough you win loads when playing with bonus but can’t actually withdraw anything. No deposit limit facility or ability to set any restrictions. 9 emails to close account with no action other than more and more bonuses. Im sure rhe site itself doesnt give two hoots about this review but hopefully it will stop anyone else signing up with them.
