I’m so glad I found Jon and his community. I’ve found this group to be a real gift. It’s a place where I feel less alone, gain perspective, and connect with women who truly understand. Jon is kind, genuine, and relatable, and he has a way of making you feel heard and understood. I hope more women discover this community and experience the same sense of support and connection that I have.

I joined Jon’s community about two months ago, and I’ve been genuinely impressed by his guidance, expertise, and compassion. His ability to understand and connect with what women experience during difficult seasons in their marriages is remarkable. What I value most is how accessible and practical his support is. Instead of waiting days or weeks for a therapy appointment when you’re struggling with something in the moment, you can share what you’re experiencing and receive thoughtful guidance and actionable strategies. The more comfortable you become opening up and being vulnerable, the more valuable the community becomes. What has impressed me most are the personalized video messages Jon sends directly to your inbox. Having someone take the time to listen to your specific situation, acknowledge what you’re going through, and respond personally with practical advice makes the experience feel incredibly supportive and individualized. The community itself is also special—a group of vulnerable, caring, and strong women supporting one another through some very difficult relationship and marriage challenges. If you’re on the fence about joining, I highly recommend giving it a chance. For me, the combination of Jon’s personalized guidance and the support of women going through similar experiences has been incredibly valuable.

Dr. Jon has been a Godsend! It never feels great when we feel that we’re alone with some of our marriage challenges. Being a part of this community has made me feel connected and understood by Dr. Jon and these amazing women. This is a space where you can learn and grow and be supported as you do so. There is so much Value in this environment. The investment is minimal and I believe every woman that is struggling with a dismissive avoidant husband owes it to herself to get the support needed. I highly recommend this program!

Dr. Debach is great. He's very attentive to questions I have and doesnt hesitate to answer. He's very understanding and knowledgeable about the difficulties of being married to a dismissive avoident. I'm glad I found him.

Dr. Jon DaBach's Healing Attachments online community provided me with an opportunity to better understand the relationship dynamics that loop through a long term relationship with a partner who leans heavily into the characteristics of a dismissive avoidant attachment style. Witnessing that other people also experience these dynamics allowed my feelings of isolation to soften. Knowing that there is often a pattern in place gave me language an opportunity to offer him a bit more patience and compassion while also finding my own solid ground of healthy boundaries and greater confidence. Dr. Jon is very kind and encouraging. There is a wonderful library of recorded sessions and that are available with monthly membership.

This site is extremely supportive and helpful for women, mostly, who are married to Dismissive Avoidant husbands. It is pretty specific for this type of attachment behavior. Dr. Jon has a pHD but can still relate on a practical level. He hears the pain and blame but tries to keep us on a healing level with practical solutions/suggestions. The community page builds a team of viewers who can tell their stories and listen to Dr. Jon's video responses. This site helps women see that they are not alone and we can learn from other's stories/trials/tribulations and success stories. The site also has educational programs to follow with handouts and counseling on different aspects that occur in these relationships.

The best recommendation I can give to Dr. Jon is the fact that we are still married. I was one foot out the door, ready to pack things up and never look back but it has all changed. We don’t even have children so really there was nothing stopping me from leaving in the way a couple with kids would have some pause…and still Jon found the things in the relationship that were buried for both of us that made us want to try in the first place. The motivation was clear, the exercises he gives you are challenging at times but very helpful and above all you really get a sense that he just gives a crap about your success and that makes everything go smoother.
