what a scamming site this is! I withdrawed 2 x £500 kept getting told wait 3-5 days I then waited almost 2 weeks to then get a email to say it’s been cancelled when I went onto live chat they told me it’s because my bank cancelled the winnings going in, so I rang my bank they never did such a thing! To then withdraw my 2 x £500 again to be now waiting nearly another 2 weeks and still says under review live chat just says the same thing like it’s a robot speaking doesn’t answer your questions properly. Such a scamming site! Will keep you all updated

2 major issues, watch your balance, when you win the money doesn't always add to your balance, you spin and spin and every now and again the money doesn't get added it's skimming money. Second issue, wait times are a joke, no weekends included either which is simply a delaying tactic to try and get you to revert money.

I have read a similar review with an issue that I've had with this site. I won a Blackjack hand (£16) which wasn't credited to my account. I sent them the Bet ID and all details needed to live chat. I just get the same scripted response 'we will send this to our other department and you will hear decision back soon'. Never heard a thing! Moving on, my girlfriend has an account with these too and it was an absolute joke getting the £300 withdrawal. She did actually recieve it but suspiciously at the same time she revieved funds, a £300 payment was attempted on her account by a merchant we have never heard of. Now I've had Goldenbet accounts and both of us have never had an issue withdrawing and verifying but this casino is the lowest of the low. What annoys me off the most about this site is why they behave like vultures, at the end of the day the house always wins so there really is no need to be holding on to peoples winnings and annoying people off holding their money for no reason. You will make more money if you just behave like a regular site and pay people on time. They will come back. Avoid their sister sites too like Gransino and others. This is the worst casino I've ever had the displeasure of using.

Only 1 star, if I could give 0 I would. Been waiting since 29th January for a withdrawal of £500 keep getting the same responses that they have a back log. Honestly wouldn't use this site again. I will keep you updated but I wouldn't bother

Avoid at all costs, this is a scam site, I’ve full experience of winning and not receiving the prize, I have numerous videos and pictures to put a fraudulent claim in with my bank due to closure of games during wins, logging out and balance changes during so, changing your gaming history and unpaid withdrawals, please choose another betting site, they are scammers, if anyone would like to see pictures or videos of non payments of winning, glitches on games or error codes popping up at every 25/30 played please ask
