This site is a scam my withdrawal after 4 days is still pending previous withdrawal took 11 days customer service is absolutely zero so all I can say is stay away from this site

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star , the fact that they haven’t responded to any reviews speaks volumes , they never respond to emails , live chat feed you the same crap every time , withdrawals take ages , they take a percentage for withdrawals and charge a percentage to deposit ( WTF ?) you can’t withdraw your full balance , DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND DO BOT DEPOSIT

Please just stay away from this casino I've been waiting for 8 days for my 30 euro cash out, they dont even want to send my 30 euro... This casino doesn't even have a real license, there are so many other good casinos, please dont open this one Edit: 12 days and still waiting for my funds

Dominic the vip manager did nothing but help and support me through the whole process of getting my money. It Wass tricky but he was on my side and helped me step by step. Couldn’t recommend him and this casino more.

If I could give this company minus five stars then I would. I am not the type of person who usually writes reviews but I don't want anyone else to be scammed like I have. I played for a while and lost more than I won. I withdrew 2 seperate amounts within a few days. The amounts totalled £1800. 2 weeks later, multiple emails that take days to get back to you, messages to 'VIP' manager and nothing. They say it has been sent, gave me numbers to check but no further information. Won't tell me name of provider because of policies but want me to send my bank statement.... No way would I do that so they have basically told me case closed, go away.I intend to try some suggestions tried by other people on here. The good thing is that I will never gamble online again. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Under no circumstances play on this site! There are so many red flags Withdrawals Customer service VIP managers Deposit bonuses Loyalty bonuses It’s definitely a complete scam, avoid at all costs! There are better sites out there! The support is ridiculous, fake profiles and generic responses, withdrawal time is roughly a week and the deduct a percentage of your winnings for the transaction, deposits have a charge on top for processing, if you do actually decide to play (don’t) but if you do if you ever actually win big, screen shot it as it’s likely not to be adding to Your credit and then transaction history will be deleted, just save yourself the trouble and play elsewhere

Also ich kann die Negativbewertung von 1.7* aktuell nicht nachvollziehen. Bin über eine cashapp drauf gestoßen wo ich für die Registrierung und 10€ Einzahlung Geld erhalten habe. Nach der Registrierung ging's ins Casino, viele Spiele und auch die Chancen waren OK. Hatte irgendwann 11€ Guthaben inklusive Bonusguthaben und habe mich an die Sportwetten gemacht. Durch 4 korrekte Tips und vorzeitigen Auszahlung war ich schnell auf 87€. Habe am 24.10 eine Auszahlung von 10€ veranlasst und am 2.11.25 erhalten. Am 27.09 habe ich 70€ abgehoben und am 4.10 erhalten. Der Support ist Ansich auch erreichbar, habe mich dort zweimal zwecks meiner Ungeduld dort gemeldet und nur souveräne antworten erhalten. Also bin absolut zufrieden nur die Auszahlung ist nicht fürs schnelle Geld gedacht.
