Very clear and helpful instructions how and what to order and what to expect. The link to the YouTube instructions was very helpful. Also, tracking and updates on shipment is excellent. I order a lot online, and never had such good followup tracking the shipment.

So easy to do. Check serial number on original FOB, take pictures of FOB and reader and email to company. Buy product(s) and rent reader/writer. Plug in to power, read original FOB, write to new FOB….took less than 10 seconds to read and program 3 new FOBs. What more could you ask for? Easy peasy!!
