2/5 shipping problems
i give this brand a 2/5 because i purchased an item and paid around $15 extra shipping for the item to come within 7-14 days to which it did not arrive. (been 20 days) I emailed them around day 15/16 about the situation and they emailed me two days later saying they will look into it and get back to me, that was 2 days ago. i give them 2 stars only because before any of this happened i bought the wrong item on accident and got a refund but at first they didn’t give me a full refund until i emailed them abt it. -1 star. Also there were no shipping updates or a link to where i can track my package. Currently waiting for updates on my item, for future purposes i don’t think i will buy from them. Will see if i could get a refund for the shipping i paid, if not it’s alright but i feel like they should refund it if i specifically spent money for faster shipping. I’m hoping when the product actually comes (if it does) that its good :D update: been 3 days and no updates
