They never refunded me for my failed, never delivered order its been a year and I gave up on trying. By the way this happened twice!

After receiving burned food, I complained to Mr. D. They provided me with an R50.00 coupon, just to suspend my account after that and when I did an inquiry, they advised my account has been deactivated due to "coupon abuse and hoax ordering"!! What on earth is that in anyway? After being a client for 10 years... Highly disappointed in the way they treated this.

I'm really upset. I keep ordering on MrD only to get disappointed. The new MrD app update decided to use my old location when using current location since I live 2streets away from my old place. The driver called me to say he is at my gate(the wrong 1) and that his time ends there. A lady from MrD called me in a very dismissive tone to tell me I need to fetch the order at my old place to which I told her I don't have a vehicle at the moment and that is the reason I'm ordering online. She told me there's nothing she can do because it's unfair on the driver. Nevermind the fact that I'm always ordering only for restaurants to decline the order. I'm seriously annoyed because there isn't anyone I can hold liable, it's 11pm and I can't even go out to get something to eat. I'll definitely escalate the matter until someone acts on it.

Mr Delivery Cape Town, my advice to all foreign travellers visiting Cape Town, South Africa…….. don’t use this business - inflated prices between restaurants and delivery business !!!!!!! So iv travelled from the UK to South Africa, made a purchase through Mr Delivery via a pizza company called Tru Pizza, avoid this business also as this business pleads ignorance when delivering sub standard meals through their business partner namely Tru Pizzas in Edgemead CT, if you travelling to CT run away from both businesses, after speaking to a manager from Mr D I was advised I’d be getting a R100 refund, of which I still await. My advice is don’t use Mr Delivery is SA as you will be robbed !!!!!!! Update - received coupon for R100 from Mr Delivery CT from IVime one of their Managers (Many thanks)

Back to back deliveries at wrong address...according to the I'll mannered delivery guys....after arguing for more or less 30 minutes I received my food cold and tasteless. The first driver stood next to me but refuse to give me the order. Although it shows my address on the app it shows a different street to them. Driver said I must follow him to my work address to receive my order....what a joke!!!!!

A full of nonsense company with all false promise. The driver late the delivery and deliver food to Wrong place despite confirming. Never order on this app again. Stop scamming people with their money. You ll pay the price soon.

Orderer food from Taj Mahal - lamb vindaloo had si much salt it was inedible- Mr Delivery wanted a photo of the food !!! How do you photograph bad quality?

I will never use them again. Logging tickets through the app and no one gets back to you. I received half of my order and had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the other half. I phoned the support after logging a few calls on the app. They said they will refund the tip and the delivery charges, but they never done it.
