I am very disappointed in Mr Delivery. T&C,s not explained. Been ripped off

Bad delivery. Pizzas were all over the place.

I ordered my food using my card Payment.. My order was canceled at first they reverse the money second time they took almost 2hour then cancel it again but never reverse my money.. My R169 gone.. Contacted the Mr D they say that the was no money was taken from my account they say I must send them prove of my back statement that shows the was money deducted from it by them😢😢😢.. Which I did but no money reverse back yo me...

I contacted the restaurant and the food was done and said there was no driver.. then Mr D refused to refund the tip .. food delayed ,poor service and they kept the tip which is generally gratuity for good service.. which the did not give me ..

The driver siad that he delivered and he did not. Its the second time this week.

The food arrived on time. However, there were no serviettes like I had requested. and no cutlery also - I ate with my hands!!!! The ice-cream waffles had no biscuits as advertised. I am never ordering from Roco-Mama's, Newcastle Corner, Hutten Heights again. Such a disappointment.

Absolute worst customer service and App does not allow cancelations

Waited for food to arrive for 1h30 mins. When I call to find out what the delay is, they say the order was cancelled because the restaurant (RocoMamas Kenilworth) took too long. No communication from restaurant or Mr D. What poor service.
