Paid for food but was delivered at the wrong adress!!! Phoned logged a dispute but waiting and waiting!!!

Funny, when they ask to rate your food and driver, there is never a followed up. I have been in a case where my order was wrong (several times) but they never took the time to follow up with my rating.

I live in a complex and MrD drivers always calling and saying they can't find the unit, there are numbers big enough to see from a mile away, lazy drivers, useless service

Mr D in Middleburg are scammers people watch out is the worst on earth,they don't deliver your food and when you call them they tell you the food was send to the bin and they can't refund you.today I had lost the fourth order that was not delivered and but all the blame pinned on me to say I did not answer my phone or I did not wait outside for them since the drive did not haver airtime What I have noticed is that Middleburg Mpumalanger MR D drivers steals your order and claims you were not home so they can take the food ,to make matters worse on your app it will show food delivered and when you call them they become rude Please be aware of Mr D Middleburg Mpumalanga South africans

I just received my order and the Cappy juice which cost R33, what it advertised and what i recieved in person is 2 different things.Its a bloody juice box which cost R33. Really bad avertisement and service

Maybe train your delivery personnel to check an order before it leaves a restaurant. We ordered, and paid, for four drinks but only three arrived. The person who delivered it was told to bring the drink but she never bothered to return, no apology for forgetting it plus there was no response as to why it wasn't delivered. I won't use Mr Delivery again - pathetic service.

TOTALY TOTALY Useless i made an order for over R500 and apparently the driver arrived at my gate and tried to contact me to deliver my food and apparently he didn't get hold of me so my delivery got cancelled, so this means the driver took my food and just drove away with it so now i sit without food and a -R515 out of my bank account THANK YOU MR DELIVERY FOR NOTHING ALL YOU ARE ALL A BUNCH OF USELESS IDDIOTS AND ROBBERS

Driver gets lost and delivers cold food, and somehow I must see through bag that the food is cold. This company is ridiculous, how does a driver get lost in a road for so long that the food gets cold. Takealot does not get lost, steers does not get lost, deboniars does not get lost, uber does not get lost, but your drivers get lost. Its disgusting that you are not taking responsibility of your driver failing to deliver a service on behalf of the Steers franchise.
