I have never received a delivery in the time frame given by the service, and more often than not the food has been cold. Once, I had to call the restaurant only to learn that Mr. Delivery had canceled our order and we had to pick up the food ourselves defeating the whole purpose of delivery.

Slow service. The food was usually cold by the time it arrived. The app head several glitches. I have switched to Uber Eats. The have a far better overall experience.

Good Morning Janell! We have recently been address both of these with a quite a few strategies. Mr.Delivery delivers all of Lansing, East Lansing, Holt and a little bit of Grand Ledge. In our attepts to include everyone we had a funky area, it has been adjusted.
