Extremely Disappointing Experience, Misleading Photos and Poor Customer Service. I strongly advise others not to order from this website. The clothes I received looked nothing like the items pictured on their site. The quality was extremely cheap, and the sizing ran much smaller than what was stated in their size guide. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they refused to properly resolve the issue. Instead of honoring a return or refund, they tried to offer me a 15% discount to purchase another item. I made it clear that I would not be ordering from them again due to the poor quality. They also told me that returning the items would be “disadvantageous” because they are located in Asia, which essentially discourages customers from sending items back due to the high shipping cost. After going back and forth, the best they would offer was a 10% partial refund, leaving me stuck with clothing that I will never wear. This experience felt very misleading and frustrating. The items did not match the photos, the sizing was inaccurate, and customer service refused to take responsibility. I regret ordering from this company and would not recommend it to anyone.

La qualité est complètement pourrie, c’est un vrai scandale, je vous le retourner tous les produits, Pour cela, il y a des procédures très important, Pour me donner l’adresse de Renvoi, il a fallu que je parle tous les jours pendant 15 jours avec cette société qui nous décourage en nous expliquant différentes choses, Il vous propose au début 10 % de remise sur le site et sur tout ce que vous achetez chez eux Devant mon refus ils sont passés à 20 %, Puis ensuite ils m’ont mis dans une catégorie de Clients.
