Dear Customer, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, especially given the circumstances you described and the importance of receiving your jacket in time for your event. We understand your frustration regarding the expedited shipping, the communication surrounding your cancellation request, and the time it took to receive a clear response. This is not the experience we want our customers to have. We would also like to clarify that cancellation fees, when applicable, are related to the production status of an order rather than whether the package has already shipped. However, we understand that the communication you received regarding this process may not have been clear, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration this caused. We would like to review your case individually, including the expedited shipping charge, the timeline of your cancellation request, and the production status of the jacket at that time. Please provide your order information through Trustpilot’s “Request Information” feature so that we can locate the case and work toward a fair and appropriate resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take feedback like this seriously and will also review how cancellation and production timelines are communicated to our customers. Best regards, Mrbuerly Customer Service Team

Dear Customer, We’re very sorry for the frustration this situation has caused, and we understand that another discount offer does not address the issue you are raising. Your concern is about the returned package, the return address provided, and the lack of a clear resolution regarding the amount you have paid. We take this seriously. We would like to review the complete history of your case, including the return instructions provided by our team, the address used for the return, the tracking information, and the current status of the parcel. If there has been an error or misunderstanding in the return process, we want to identify exactly what happened and work toward an appropriate resolution. We also apologize that our previous responses felt repetitive and did not properly address your specific concerns. Your case deserves a clear, case-specific response rather than another promotional offer. Please provide your order details through Trustpilot’s “Request Information” feature so we can match this review with your case and have it reviewed properly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to resolve this matter with you. Best regards, Mrbuerly Customer Service Team
