Took 7 days for a £36 withdrawal. This was my first time. You've got to have patience. AND BE POLITE. Easier said than done. They want a bank statement which should have your international code etc on it and the deposit you made to their site. If you're not clued up on that live chat on your bank should be able to download it for you on your mobile app.
