Mr. Appliance (FAYETTEVILLE, NC)...absolutely WONDERFUL technicians. Randall is amazing and technician Jessie is super honest, went above and beyond to make sure our fridge (Samsung) is working, was tremendously personable, polite, friendly! Wow! We are preparing for a vacation abroad and were so worried that our newly purchased fridge would not be operable before, during and after our trip. Very reputable company, their work is guaranteed/warranted for a year. We are really impressed! 5*****stars! Will definitely hire them if we need any future repairs! Honestly, you really should give them a call if you need repairs-this location is stellar!

Habib from Universal Appliance Repair came to repair my refrigerator/freezer. He asked what was the problem. Upon answering his question he said he knew what the problem was. And, he did! He neatly worked in the freezer. Showed me the water line than had frozen and had moved away from the connector for the icemaker-sending water down onto the floor of the freezer freezing it and blocked the drain and rising up higher to melt and drip on the floor. Habib is an expert technician, friendly, on time and charged a fair price for an excellent repair.

This is a great company who values their customers. My 7 yr old washing machine was not engaging and they said I needed a new lock. Since the machine i no longer made they said the lock and repairs would cost $440 with a new machi9ne costing over 1 $1400. After the new lock was installed another technician said I needed an additional lock. When I talked to Melanie and she talked to her supervisor, they did the additional service and lock at no9 additional charge. Christain the technician was fabulous!!! Definitely recommend this company!

Thank you so much! Steve Griffin is definitely a top notch technician!!! Will ask for him in the future if and when in need of a repair and I will pass your business name on to friends and family!!

I have just had my Jenn Air Refrigerator Ice Maker repaired. The technician, Juan was nothing short of amazing. His work entailed replacing the ice maker motor; putting a new light switch and a new filter. The speed, knowledge and professionalism was absolutely amazing!

This appliance repair company is outstanding! Lane Cummins and his staff are the best of the best. Our go-to for all of our appliances.
