Service and tech were great. Please make sure to look at the reviews for the Mr. Appliance office in your area. I talked to our local office about reviews here, the showed me all the google profiles for the different offices. My office was fantastic.

My experience was fantastic. I searched for my oven door hinges and found the item I needed straight away. The site told me the item was in stock and ready to be dispatched. After purchase, I received an email telling me my order was being processed, I then received another email on same day telling me my order had been processed. Even better, the following day I received a third email telling me my order had been dispatched to Australia Post. All up, a great experience I would definitely use MrAppliance again. One last point, the price was better than other sites I checked out.

Fantastic company. Very responsible and very competent. They have diagnosed and worked on multiple appliances for us and did a fantastic job. Even given supply chain challenges and paying their employees fair wages they are reasonable. Others complain about prices and waiting on parts. Mr appliance seems to do all they possibly can to get parts. If you think about it, it would not be to their advantage to drag their feet on purpose they want their money. I am very pleased with their service.

How refreshing! Damon Letourneau the Service Technician for Mr Appliance just replaced the igniter on our gas oven after giving it a complete check up. There’s an apple crumb cake baking now and we’re ready for our holiday baking! I would definitely recommend this company, they kept us in the loop and Damon was an excellent technician and communicator!

We’ve had multiple problems with our new fridge and as frustrating as it has become, Devin Flores and Donte Childs we’re so awesome. We’re so grateful for their hard work, patience and understanding. Thank you for making this frustrating experience less frustrating and for explaining everything so well. We’re grateful for your kindness and dedication to helping us fix this mess.
