They worked on my washer in December and indicated it was the circuit board at a cost of over 400 when they put the circuit board in they then said it was the motor we ended up paying over 700.00 to fix a used washer . This week Sept 2021 it stopped working again . The conversation with the repairman led me to believe it had some thing to do with the circuit board which was under warranty but when it was said and done all of a sudden it was a plug that would not stay in place . I believe it was a way to charge me for the trip which was another 119.00. The repairman told me he shoved a piece of plastic up beside the plug so it would stay in place , he left and called 5 minutes later stating he just remembered he had something he could use to keep the plug in place . He also stated it could arc or catch fire and this would prevent that so he came back. He comes back and stated he put silicone in the plug and I needed to pay another 88.00. I refused snd told him to leave he said the company would make him pay the 88,00 I told him to leave. This is the most dishonest , unethical company I have ever dealt with and I have filed a complaint consumer affairs and intend to file with the BBB! Stay away ! They are a danger to the public and should not be in business .

I called Mr. Appliance at 9:15 on 9/17 to arrange repair for my freezer. I was told I'd be contacted by someone to arrange a visit presumably the same day. By 1:30 pm after no call, I called again. The agent started taking my information as though it was my first call admitting there was no record of my earlier call. Worthless referral company, not an appliance repair center. The simply take the info, contact local repairmen and scarf a little money for the referral. Ah the internet

Horrible! At first they were very responsive and prompt. Now you never even get called back to confirm an appointment.

Thank you customers that have written reviews. I was about to book these guys after finding them on Google, but after reading so many bad reviews I think I’ll give them a miss!

We had a scheduled appointment between 12 and 5, no one showed, no phone or text. Called with no response, e-mailed with no response. Good companies at least call and are respectful.

I gave a detailed description of my washing machine prior to booking the appointment. The technician looked at it for 30 seconds, wiggled the center piece around, and told me that I needed to buy a new machine, as a new machine would be less expensive than repairing it. Then he charged me $143.94 (the $135 service call fee + tax) and left. He was in my home for literally 2 minutes. Biggest waste of money!! In addition: 1) He did come in the window of time they gave me, but he did not call 30 minutes prior to arrival, like they said he would. Just rang the doorbell. 2) He did not wear a mask in my home, and when I asked him to put one on, he did not have one. 3) He did not take his shoes off.

If I could mark a rating of less than 1 star I would, it would go far into the minus category. They are thieves. Incompetent. Unknowledgeable. Untrustworthy. In Cleveland, their Manager's name is Rob which is perfect since they robbed me. Probably came 20+ times to fix Subzero and each time a new charge since they could not diagnose the problem. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

The Mr Appliance tech Nevin who arrived at my home to repair my Bosch Washing machine was very arrogant. He called me into the laundry room, where I found him sitting on top of the drier he had removed from the washer. He said get your husband in here, I am not going to say this twice. Then he told us the problem is that the drain is clogged and therefore it is a plumbing problem which he could not fix. He showed us a video he took of the problem. I asked him to send me a copy of the video. He said he could not so my husband said ok I’ll take one. Before he could Nevin jumped off the drier and put it on top of the washer so my husband could not take a video. When I questioned him he said call the office. They will charge you to remove and replace the drier because a plumber will not do that. I called the office the next day and spoke with the manager Russel who said he would speak with Nevin and get back to me. Of course he never did. FYI I would leave no stars if that was an option. I recommend staying far away from this company!!!
