Worst repair company I ever dealt with. They told me a part would take 1 - 2 days and it took two weeks. When I complained to the general manager, she said "sometimes things are out of our control." I replied, "if that's the case then you really shouldn't be telling people 1 - 2 days." The serviceman that came to the house was nice, knowledgeable and respectful; however the general manager of the Clermont location was rude and unsympathetic. I will never use this company again and I suggest that you run from these people as well or prepare yourself to wait long periods for your appliance to be repaired.

Almost $300.for a 10.00 part,to fix my dryer, which took 3 minutes to install. Tech was reluctant to give me the old parts but did. After they left I found the part on Amazon for 9.86

This service i received today was a total ripe off, my dryer had a plug that had became unplugged and i was charged to plug it back up $200.00. this is insane to want me to turn on Flame Rock Gospel, stand in my laundry room and show me a plug that had come loose and charge me $200.00 and i had not a lint ball in my dryer or inside the wall. mad customer.

Complete waste of time and money! Called about broken dishwasher and microwave. He arrived, tore the dishwasher apart and found the broken part - the controller board. Told me they run pretty high cost to replace. He looked on his tablet PC, but said he couldn't find the part, so he couldn't give me a price. Said he would charge me the $119 for the house call and call me next day with the price of the part and how long to order. He never called. I called them back a few days later. They said they would follow up by next day - no reply. Called them back several more times over the next few weeks - no reply - this is now over 3 weeks. Plus, the repairman left the dishwasher in pieces and took my broken controller with him. We had no way to get another repairman to evaluate it. We just bought a new dishwasher, never got a response for the microwave part either. Never again with this company! This review is going everywhere I can find online to put it. Thanks for nothing Mister Con-Man!

Do not ever call this company for any repair if you needed it. They will charge you $99 plus tax for service call, then you find out that they can't fix it. They don't have expertise to be fixing appliances. If I only read the reviews before calling them......

This repair scam is going on from Mr Appliance repair. Yes they are speedy to come and charge you for it, but do not repair anything, not even detect the right problem. There are prompt to bill you on the spot for their presence. Ryan was on the call and took me for an idiot by saying his company was not certified to replace a compressor, when the problem was a control switch. This should be stopped.

Mr appliance came to repair my kitchenaid dishwasher and said I would be better off buying a new one. Charged me $99 and because it is difficult to get the dishwasher I want I asked that he repair mine. Said Ok but had no idea when or if the necessary part would arrive. Goodbye $99. Thanks Mr Appliance.

BEWARE!!! Do NOT use this company!! My dryer needed a heating element that costs $40. The technician was at my house less than 30 minutes and they charged me $421.86. I could have bought a new dryer for that price!!! Furthermore, the technician was an hour late, left a mess on the floor, and he left the dryer away from the wall. I had to get someone to push it back to the wall. This is the worse service I have ever had in my life!
