They ALWAYS say the panel went out regardless of the type appliance and try to charge you more than you paid for the appliance. WORST repair company EVER!! RUN!!!

They came out and did a diagnostic on our washer then ordered parts. A week later (without a washer), we were told that our motherboard was fried and that the total cost would be over the cost of a new washer. We were still charged for the diagnostic even though they didn't catch the issue. I called to talk to them, but they still changed us. Incompetent, do NOT recommend.

Dishwasher stopped working first of august they came out said it would be 360.99 to fix the panel went out dishwasher just 3 years old had to give half for a deposit took month for part to get in paid rest upon repair last from august 22nd till oct 24 went out again said faulty part no charge reset button worked again till nov 9th reset again was notified today on nov 17th be end of dec or first of jan till part comes in then i am sure it wont be here then either i would not have repaired but it is a 800 dollar dishwasher but i will never use them again they cant get parts and put you off month after month poor business the worse i have ever used and my dishwasher still not working this is uncalled for warning dont use them

Called to repair my dryer, It turned out to be just a lint back up. The technician was there for 1 hour maybe even a few minutes less. Charged us $330 which would have been $350 except for a $20 coupon. This visit did not involve ANY parts or materials costs. ONE 1 hour of labor only again no parts or materials was $330!!!!!! RIP OFF!!!!!! CALL AROUND THERE ARE MORE RESONALBE SERVICES OUT THERE !!

Well, after spending $494 for diagnostics and a new Damper Assembly on my Fridge on August 31 to "fix" the problem, The refrigerator was NOT fixed at ALL!. The second tech was sent out on September 19th and finally told me there was more bad news and that there were multiple issues wrong. He told me the price to probably fix the issue with the refrigerator. In total the repair would be the equivalent of a NEW refrigerator. Very Pleasant and Nice techs, but I would NEVER call or use this service EVER Again. Sorry!!! I sincerly do not like writing negative reviews BUT this was SUCH a BAD Experience. I think others should be warned. I felt duped and mistreated.

This company did not provide good quality service. However, they will be glad to take your money! And then claim they were only trying to save you money. I called them for my freezer and dryer. Three times the tech was sent out and three times it was not completely fixed! Then when i called the owner and sent pictures, his reply was, oh you need new hinges on the freezer door. He said a Lot more money. It was then i made the decision to look elsewhere. I used another company and they told me my problem was i had too many items on the door causing it not to close properly. That cost was $75. Mr Appliance charged $200 and were not finished LOL a lesson learned. 9/2022

I recommend you check the cost of labor before you schedule!! $318 labor cost to install a $100 bake igniter in my kitchenaid gas stove. Technician was in my home 26 minutes. (Time verified with ring system.) I realize travel time should be included in fee and his office called and said he would be here in 20 minutes. Thus 40 minute travel time plus 26 minutes of work equated to $318 labor. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

I'm for the most part a very fair person and understand how to treat people and how I should be treated. Called Mr Appliance with a problem with my refrig not cooling and starting to warm up they would send a repair tech the next day I explained that this might be too late and would there be any chance that they could come the same day, it was Friday when I called. I got a call back from the manager and he had a tech who could come within one hour needless to say was very pleased. Sure enough the tech came checked the refrig and within 5 min said he knew what the problem was BUT the part (nothing about labor) was very expensive to the tune of over 500.00. A dilemma, with the weekend approaching I had to make a decision, so I told him to proceed. He had the part in his truck and in about a little over one hr all was good. He was very efficient fast and friendly. So you ask why the poor rating? The next day I went online entered the part number, low and behold an OEM replacement was about $80.00 with tax. I called them and spoke to the manager explained my problem that I was told that the part was very expensive which it wasn't he became agitated and said you (me) approved the charge, which I did but why didn't the Tech tell me the part was very expensive, which it wasn't and not say to me, the part is no more than $100.00 however with labor and service call it would be over $500.00. Here's my suggestion to anyone reading this ask for a full breakdown of cost and point blank ask for the cost of the part. I suggested this to the manager and his response never change "you approved to the cost". I've read almost all the reviews, and this seems to be a common problem with this company, so beware ask a lot of questions get a full breakdown of cost before you approve the repair. I finish this review by saying I would gladly have approved the repair knowing the full breakdown of costs and not found out later. The repair tech should be better trained and NOT say the part is very expensive just be honest and this could avoid many of the negative reviews.
