MPS ToursReviews of mpstours.com

Amazing experience, every booking was taken care of, whether it be hotels or transportation. My family did our umrah so peacefully because there were no mishaps and all the hotels were fantastic, beyond our expectations! Truly grateful to MPS Tours, they were super helpful and cooperative, answered all our questions and concerns. Especially Affan Ahmed, he was so helpful and discussed everything with my mom, no matter how many times she raised concerns. If you want to travel without any headaches, choose MPS Tours!!

It was a great experience. We went to Medina and had a hotel that was right next to Masjid Nabwi so that location was great. It really made visiting the mosque very easy. We went to Makkah for umrah as well and that was very well done. All the drivers and hotels and everything was pre booked very nicely. The umrah even had a guide for us specifically, which made our first time so much easier, it was very helpful. Then after a delightful umrah experience, MPS tours booked a few days for us in Dubai as well. That was nicely done, we had a whole desert safari planned. That was such a fun experience. Everything from hotels, drivers, tourist destinations etc was such a great experience. Will def recommend Afaan Ahmed MPS tours to others. Afaan was very helpful and was always there when needed to ask a question or had a minor problem. Afaan and his team was very quick to reply and sort out our problems. Huge thanks to him and his team.

This was our first time using MPS Tours. They were a referral but honestly I didn’t know what to expect. I am a loyal Costco travel person and I have only used Costco for all of my travels. I have to say that the level of personal service we got from MPS was unmatched. We were all truly grateful and impressed by their professionalism, dedication and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Knowing that I could count on them meant the world to us. Thank you!! My husband got sick, I reached out to them, they got a refund for his ticket, booked him in a new flight and took care of everything for me. I can’t say enough about my gratitude!!

We had an amazing experience in Türkiye thanks to MPS Tours! Affan Ahmad went above and beyond by organizing all of our travel plans flawlessly. It was so comforting knowing he was in constant communication before, during, and after our trip to make sure we didn’t run into any issues. Highly recommend!

All questions I had were answered clearly and almost immediately. I requested a quote for a custom Umrah package and in less than 24 hours, I had my package with 4 departure dates. The customer service was top tier and I would recommend them for your Umrah or Hajj needs.

Great experience with them. I will use MPS everytime I go for Unmrah or Hajj. Everything was very smooth

I haven’t gone to Umrah yet, but agent named Moiz was very helpful and professional throughout the process. He explained all the packages in detail, including the prices, hotel options, walking distance from the hotels to the Haram, food arrangements, and many other important details. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided complete information without getting tired. I truly appreciate his kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

Excellent and professional
