Everyone at MPC has been very helpful
Everyone at MPC has been very helpful, professional and patient with our changes. We got their contact information from another business unit at Moog. We will definitely use them again for labels!

Your very professional and knowledgeable staff are always a pleasure to work with. The products have never once failed to meet or exceed my expectations, and the prices reflect the quality I've come to expect from MP. Lacking flexibility
We had a customer who initially ordered 5 pieces from you and they had a misspelling on one of the pieces (their error). Your lack of flexibility in price (the cost was 4 times the original) for the redo caused my customer to not fix the error and it also made us look bad as their direct contact. I would think and expect that you would have more compassion. The customer service in trying to resolve the problem was also less than satisfactory. The quality of product was very good.
