Finding the right home is not easy as 1 2 3 is like having a pain in the ***,especially here in north Dallas, real estates are crazy. Buyers are everywhere left and right, even the house is not in the market yet somebody already had a contract. This is why having a real estate agent who is knowledgeable and able to answer all of our question and provide a tool every step of the way is like living a dream. Last December me and my wife decided to buy a house in Allen Texas. We started to look for a house that we want the problem was we don't know anybody in this area because we just moved a year ago from Florida. What the..... Right we know we just wanted a tornado instead of hurricane.hahahahaha.. Anyway we saw some houses that we like but every time we call the listing agent the house had a pending contract.Thats the reason why mr. GOOGLE come very handy. My wife started searching a website about real estate.BOOOM......MOVOTO came up. Not even 2 minutes after she put in her email BAAAAAM.... An agent called her. Chadaaaa.....MR MARK RHOTON he is not only knowledgeable about real estate, humble, intelligent and above all he won't put you on a situation that you kind'na buy the house it's because of his recommendation. MARK!! YOU ARE THE MAN... We really liked this agent because he always give his best, we can give him a call anytime. But not 3 in the morning he's not jake from State Farm. Anyway right now we are on the process of getting the house in Allen.. Den/ Leah
