I have spent 7 mo trying to get a place in a very competitive market. Thanks to Movoto I was able to get one before it posted to the realty site everyone uses.

Barry from the moment I spoke to him was on the same page. We had another agent that was just not cutting the mustard. Barry sent us houses to look at every day. He checked on us even when he had the flu. He went above and beyond at every single house, even excusing us from a very awkward house showing where the cesspool was backing up. He's got a great sense of humor, but he's very professional too. He made us feel as if we were his only clients, and I know we weren't. He would take hours and hours to look for clues in these listings to indicate 2 houses on the same property because that is what we wanted. In the end, he taught me everything so I could do the same, and we found a house perfect for us. And he's still right by our side until we close. I would highly recommend Barry to anyone buying or selling. He has your back, and isn't in it for the money only. He's a genuinely good guy and every agent should strive to be like him. On a personal note, I am disabled and the very first house we looked at I got very sick and almost passed out. He was right there with my husband getting me cool rags, and helping me. Barry even put my shoes on for me after so I could leave the house. ABOVE AND BEYOND. He consistently cleared obstacles at each house to aid in my mobility and gave me an arm when it was needed. Anyone who is disabled, please ask for Barry, you will be in good hands. I consider Barry a friend, not just my agent. Thanks for everything Barry!
