DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR INVESTMENT! Let me explain my story. I am a first time investor looking at getting my first property so after looking through their site, I found one that I am really excited and eager about getting more information on. I got in contact with a representative named Alex on June 11th and she asked me a series of questions through text to gather enough data to pass on to an agent I presume. I was supposed to be contacted that day, but got no call. I texted Alex about it and got no response. A few days pass with no email or response and I called Alex on June 14th frustrated that I haven't been informed on anything. She frantically apologized after realizing that she did not respond to me saying "I'm sorry we missed that". She stated that she would put in an emergency ticket to have someone reach out to me as soon as possible, I told her same day would be best since I was off work, and still got no call or email. At this point I'm unsure about their check and balances and definitely want to take my business elsewhere. As a first time buyer, I can already see it would not be wise to do business through them, so if you are looking at properties through Movoto, PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

I love this site. Movoto has up to date information, and covers a large area. I've found four potential properties that I'm going to look at this weekend. With other competitors, most of the places I liked were either sold or pending when I contacted the agent.

Serina was amazing! Right from the get go she was very helpful and attentive. As soon as she got any information about the house we were purchasing she would call us immediately to let us know. She answered all questions we had and was readily available no matter what time of day. She made the whole experience wonderful and we will definitely use her as our agent if we decide to sell our home and move into a bigger home.

It took us 6 years to finally purchase a home and within those 6 years I have been with other agents of different companies. Almost everyone of them tried to rush me into throwing an offer and purchase the house without seeking my opinion. I met Ronnie from Movoto and guess what, with his patience and time we finally purchase a house! He gave us a lot of information and advice. He was there to listen to our opinion and what we want/expect from a house. He showed us more houses than any other agents i talked to so we can really see what we want. Thank you Ronnie.

negative -1 Very Poor response, most of the overflow team does not even know what to do and they are rude. One guy helped to convey my message forward. I bought house and requested to update listing. they took my phone number and email id stating that someone will get back but actually no one ever called me back or took care of my request. Hopefully after this guy listened to me and was nice to me, may be now some action is taken. But I do not recommend this site.

I'd give no stars if it were possible!

Do not go to a Movoto site to look at homes. They immediately use cookies so that the next time you go online you have a large advertisement stuck on your home screen with no way to delete it. There is a word unsubscribe, but clicking on it does nothing. This is dirty pool. They know what they are doing and they purposely lock up your screen so that you cannot use part of it.
