Hello Sue! Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the experience you have had so far with us. We are working hard to make sure we make each customer's journey with Movoto, positive. In regards to some of the questions you had, we do offer - if available - a property insights section that allows you to see information such as nearest coastline/water, transit centers, elevation, and climate. This is information, unfortunately, is not available in all areas, so this presents a problem when trying to be consistent across our platform. We are working with more partners to be able to make this information more consistent so we can provide to our customers, such as yourself. We do offer an HOA price filter when searching for homes, you can select a minimum and maximum price, then we will adhere to your guidelines for search results. Each house on our platform is listed by an agent that is adding information to the Multiple Listings Service (MLS). The agent works with the owners and it's the owners that allow for what information they would like to be public. For example, the agent might have suggested the owners furnish the property after they listed, or purchase a jacuzzi, to make the property more attractive to buyers. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these details as it's usually apart of the owner and listing agent's legal contract, which varies. For cash buyers, it is best to submit your information, and then we can help find you a local real estate agent that specializes in cash payments for a quick purchase of the home.
