Hi. I live in Phoenix, OR. My daughter and her family live in Midway out in Fishers Mill Landing. I really like this house. I am coming to Midway for a visit on August 5th through August 31st. My daughter is going to drive by tomorrow, to check out the neighborhood for me and see if it is in a good location. If my daughter checks it out for me and gives her approval, is there anyway that the owner might consent to a deposit to hold it until I could see it in person myself on August 6th?
