Took information from me said they would call me back, never heard anything else from them, has professionalism gone out the door?

such an annoying compony . I already bought my condo a few months ago and I don't want anymore emails from them but even I unsubscribe and send emails and asked them to delete me from their base , but im still getting the ads from them .

Excellent tenants, but any communication between the Property Manager, Property Owners: C Dan Joyner and otherwise whether, through the HOA board or outside vendors and influence is always: 'Up in the Air' and don't side in the favor of the condo owners. There guide laws all but restrict children playing, in any manner, around the premises so don't be surprised if you never see any. Be prepared to expect the unexpected without proper notification. Rep called me and was very rude/impatient and pushy and hung up on me when I said I wasn’t available to talk immediately

I think they use many bait and switch advertisements. I’ve responded to two properties. The first one no one responded or called back. The second they said the agent is not available but we can show you other properties.

A fast talking hard to understand representative called and hooked me up with multiple agents. One gave a nickname so I thought they were two different people. They do not explain who they are or how they work. Very confusing. They send you emails with blurred photos like it’s some top secret that you have to sign in to their website to view each time. Cut ties quickly and glad I did after reading reviews. An unpleasant experience that probably would have gotten a lot worse.

I’ve reached out on this site expressing interest in properties. It’s been several requests and no one has reached out. I guess the agents aren’t interested in selling the properties or the requests are not reaching any agents.
