Worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers arrived late and handled my furniture carelessly — several items were scratched and one was completely broken. When I contacted customer service, they gave me the runaround and refused to take responsibility. Totally unprofessional and stressful from start to finish.

We have thoroughly reviewed our records and can state unequivocally that this individual is not, and has never been, a customer of our company. There is no contract, no service record, and no documentation of any move associated with this name. The allegations described do not reflect our standards, procedures, or business practices. Every move we perform is supported by signed agreements, detailed inventory lists, and official documentation. We do not conduct business without proper records. We formally demand that any legitimate move documentation be produced immediately to substantiate this claim. We are confident that no such documentation exists. Because this review is not connected to any verified service performed by our company, it is false and misleading. We therefore insist that it be removed from our website without delay. We will always stand behind our work when a legitimate customer concern is presented with proper documentation. This is not one of those cases.
