Stefania is great!! She made sure to listen very well to what my issue was and devised a plan to fix it. I feel like my mobility in my hip has improved a lot since I started treating with her. THANK YOU!

I'm so grateful to have found Steph for my physical therapy, especially after my back surgery! Steph is knowledgeable, supportive, and tailored my treatment plan to address my specific needs and goals. With her expert guidance, I made a seamless transition from post-op recovery to regaining strength, mobility, and independence. My back is now stronger and healthier than I thought possible. Thank you for helping me achieve a successful recovery – I highly recommend Steph to anyone seeking top-notch physical therapy care!

Stephanie truly has the magic touch. Only one session was needed before feeling MUCH better. Her patience and guidance through each exercise, from the easiest stuff to the more challenging, was immensely helpful. She's great at explaining the reasoning behind each action and highlights the fact that recovery is a journey that requires both consistency and pushing the boundary. With Stephanie's help, I'm confident that I'll be at my best for a long time to come!

Stephanie was such a great help. For the last three months I have been having immense shoulder pain. It’s been preventing me from lifting as heavy. Stephanie showed me a few stretches which drastically helped with the pain. Her knowledge on the body and how certain muscles work proved to be extremely beneficial. I have tried pain killers and random techniques, but after following her guide, I drastically felt a little less pain. I would definitely recommend her!! Her kind and sweet attitude mixed with her expert knowledge is the perfect combination for a great experience.

Stefi is the best Physical Therapist I've ever been to. I've been going for years any time I need her and always recommend her everywhere I go. I met her when she did PT for my partner when he dislocated both of his arms, after couple months he was able to lift weights and has gotten much stronger. Same thing with my back issues. She's very very thorough, helps you with every step of the way and kind, always explains everything to me so I understand the problems and exercises. I'm so grateful to be her client.

I went to see Stephanie today after a few weeks of inactivity and she immediately knew what to do with me. She started with softer neck mobility rotations and various exercises. After an hour with her I feel transformed : more relaxed, my neck and back feels stronger. You rock Stephanie!!!! Thank you!!!
