Patti was so easy to work with
Patti was so easy to work with! She got a quote to me in less than 24 hours, and the movers seem to meet all the needs so far. I had gotten a quote on my own and Patti was able to beat that by a few hundred dollars! Very impressed!

Gabbie - your feedback makes us so proud to be doing what we're doing! I'm thrilled to hear Patti could be of service to you and actually get you even better mover/pricing options than you were able to dig up on your own. That's why we're here! Please let your friends know about us and happy moving. -- Dave O., CEO, Move Matcher

My husband and I had a great experience with Move Matcher! We provided them with our move details, and they quickly sent us 3 comparable quotes. It was so easy to decide on a mover with this information. We so appreciate their help with our move!

Indifference
The online estimates provided by companies do not a actually return a soft estimate; instead, you have to speak with them by phone and/or s heckle an in home appointment for an estimate. It’s understandable an in person estimate is likely more close to accurate; still, not even having a soft estimate or revealing hourly rates (in some cases) or special fees doesn’t really lend its self toward helping consumers. Instead, the businesses are at a greater advantage. It’s difficult to determine if the site is heated more toward offering consumers assistance in selecting services or companies or if it functions more as a hub for businesses to promote themselves with limited transparency. I’m not sure the site offers much balance.

Hi, Bella. We are grateful for your thorough feedback! The website and the specific elements we display on your Quote Results Page are in fact intended to provide not only transparency but MORE transparency than other sites - without forcing you to compromise your personally identifiable information (PII) - until you are ready to contact movers. In some cities or for certain move types we can sometimes display less information than we'd like, due to limited mover network or movers' preferences. That said we strive make Move Matcher a one-stop shop for you to scan and select a mover or several movers you're comfortable connecting with to get final estimates for your specific move details. Thanks again for the feedback...we have work to do, and we're on it! -- Dave O., CEO, Move Matcher

J Huggins - Respectfully, that is not actually possible. Our users are only able to review movers, quotes and contact details AFTER providing a move date. We will be more than happy to assist with your move or move details so you can successfully book a Move Matcher mover. Gratefully, Dave O., CEO, Move Matcher

brokers
they use to many brokers which i want to cut out the middleman and deal with carriers directly.
Response from Move MatcherMar 15, 2021
Good morning, Terry - I just sent you an email to confirm which movers you were concerned are brokers. We go out of our way to keep as few, if any, brokers on our platform as possible for the exact reason you stated. Please be so kind as to follow up with us via email. Gratefully, Dave O., CEO, Move Matcher
