Excellent from start to finish. Good communications - I had to email and ask a question about product. Reply came within no time at all - less than an hour. Product arrived well packaged and before expected date.

Customer service is fantastic
Customer service is fantastic. This was my 1st time ordering from movatik. Products arrived in the timeframe outlined. After receiving my order I had a question and called them. Ryan was super helpful. He walked me through the order and answered all my questions. I will definitely be order more directly from Movatik as their prices were better than going through a giant 3rd party website.

Response from MovatikAug 5, 2021
Hello Joseph, We apologize for shipping the wrong colored item, we replied to your email but have not received a response yet, please check your spam folder if you need extra assistance. As for the shipping time, at checkout the system lets you choose your desired shipping speed, when you select shipping method "Standard Shipping (5-10 Business days) - NO PO BOX" we "cross-dock" these orders, meaning, the inventory is stored in our suppliers' warehouses and due to high shipping fees we bring inventory into our fulfillment center first, these orders will take approx 5 days to ship to you but will still arrive within the time window, as we did. All this information and more is available in our shipping policy page https://movatik.com/policies/shipping-policy Thank you for shopping Movatik!
