Shipping Nightmare
I bought a pair of the C1s, which are a $200 shoe. I din't get a shipping update for 5-6 days, at this point I realized the package was going to be either severely delayed or lost all together. This is when I began the refund process. To which they initially attempted to refute by telling me I'd have wait until a seemingly lost package was delivered. After a more senior support staff was looped into the conversation I got a refund for the cost of the shoes. After 18 days in transit the shoes were delivered to my address, as a courtesy, I reached out to the company for a packing slip to return the shoes. But since they shipped the shoes in a bag I had to pay $12 for a box to actually return them. This all amounted to an extremely frustrating process which was so bad I chose to abandoned the brand all together. Its worth noting that all the shipping delays were likely due to Mount to Coast being a Chinese company, which means getting your items is, as shown an arduous journey. If you like their shoes I would advise ordering from a US retailer or local running store, avoid purchasing from Mount to Coast direct at all costs.
