Ordered Saturday, was a bank holiday weekend, received Tuesday, great service, first time using so I messaged a few times and got a reply within the hour on email and instantly on the chat . Product also 10/10

Less than great product. And absolutely scammy customer service. The payment system is an incredible pain in the ass. I got charged twice, and had zero response about my refund request. It's been over two months. Avoid.

I placed my first Order at 3pm yesterday and realised I hadn't put my account number on bank payment. The girl was very nice when I messaged, assuring me the payment would go through anyway. They arrived this morning, and though I haven't tried them yet I'm sure they'll be fine if their customer service is anything to go by.

Their stuff is not what they say it is it’s k2 sythenic and it landed me in hospital it’s dangerous

No faffing about place. I ordered online yesterday and got it today and their stardawg was so perfect that just 3 puffs was good enough for me to just stop and relax and get away from that terrible anxiety.

Scammed me out of 200 pounds. No reply they took the money after I sent to an account then cancelled my order and didn’t refund me or notify me or respond to a single message let alone send what I paid for. I’m disappointed because this also happened to my friend.

This was my third order from Mount bliss so I can assure you there's no scams going on here! Rather just some really nice products which I am more than happy to recommend, ordered on friday and my package arrived well packaged on Saturday afternoon, absolutely brilliant service from a superb company. Thanks all at mount bliss.
