Taste of the water in the past 6 or so month and dropped significantly. Used to be a great product but ever since it was sold I have seen a number of issues with the taste and quality of the water being the foremost. Caps now if you are not careful end up cutting your fingers. I read some 3rd party review and they are saying a number of contaminants such as arsenic and lead are at unsafe levels. I LOST TRUST IN PRIMO AND THEIR BRANDS mountain valley and saratoga spring water. No longer a customer.

First time purchasing this water in the aluminum bottles. I had high expectations from reviews. I ordered the water and this water tastes like tap water, i can’t explain it but it tastes kind of thick …not crisp at all. Wont buy again and I purchased 2 cases. Imagining having to write a review because the quality was that bad.

Ok I love the water and the glass container but something HAS to be done about the aluminum caps as they are often difficult to get off and very dangerous as my wife and I have both cut our hands from splintering aluminum! Change the caps PLEASE!!!

Very understanding and seems like nice people but customer service is hard to reach and product distribution is disorganized. I figured it was a one time communication issue but they have mishandled the amount of waters needed on multiple occasions.

I don’t know what happened to Mountain Valley Spring Water, but something has clearly changed. Mountain Valley Spring Water used to be my favorite bottled water. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. The taste is now terrible — it tastes almost like tap water, only slightly cleaner. The new bottle cap design is also unsafe and poorly made. The cap used to be smooth, safe, and easy to open. Now it often splits into two pieces, and the second piece is very sharp. I have injured my hand several times and even cut my lips while drinking from the bottle. Sometimes the bottle opens in two pieces, and other times it is almost impossible to open at all. Consumers should be aware that the new cap design may present a safety risk and should use caution when opening these bottles. It is unfortunate to see such a respected premium brand decline so rapidly in both quality and safety. Mountain Valley Spring Water was once known for its exceptional quality, but the recent changes in taste and the unsafe bottle cap design have significantly lowered the overall standard of the product. For a brand that has built its reputation on quality, these changes are unacceptable.

HATE the new aluminum caps! Have slit my fingers trying to twist the cap off. Water doesn't taste as clean & refreshing as it used to.

For being as pricey as this water is, it taste weird to me and I do not like it. It leaves an aftertaste that I just don’t care for, like Dasani or Aquafina or even arrowhead. It’s definitely not it and definitely not for what they charge!

Mountain Valley is NOT what it used to be. It is no longer healthy or natural water. Please research online and check for yourself. They know their water is contaminated now which is why they stopped publishing their usual annual water test report that they always used to do. Shame on these guys for selling overpriced junk water marketed as premium.
