With my "first purchase" discount from MR, and free shipping due to the cost above the free shipping threshold, I decided to buy from Veteran owned MR. I like to buy from small business whenever possible, in spite of the slower shipping/delivery, and generally higher prices than available via Amazon. Amazon is a very tough competitor, in pricing and fulfillment, but MR did OK. (USPS moves like molasses in January.)

Doug, I really appreciate the candid feedback and your decision to support a veteran-owned small business. It truly means a lot to us. You’re absolutely right, Amazon is a tough competitor, and we’re grateful you chose to shop with us. We’ve also been seeing a growing number of counterfeit products popping up on Amazon lately, so it’s always worth keeping an eye out for those cheaper imitations. As for the shipping, I completely understand the frustration there. USPS can definitely move slower than anyone would like, and I’m sorry your order got caught up in that. I’ve gone ahead and marked your account for expedited shipping on your next order, so we’ll make sure it goes out via UPS or FedEx. Thanks again for your support!
