Advertised shipping out within a…
Advertised shipping out within a business day. Didn’t ship my order out until 3 days later when I had to call and ask what was up with my package. They said “something went wrong” and they’ll ship it out to me asap. Wasn’t expedited or anything, had to wait another week. Only reason it’s not a one star is because I get the right order, in one piece.

Hi I apologize for this situation one more time. I am also a little shocked it happened. We are really good in shipping our parts out on time. This usually never happens but i guess we are humans as well and humans happen to make mistakes sometimes. Wish you had wrote an email to let me know how frustrated you are. There are always ways to make up for mistakes. I wish you a great weekend and hopefully the part fixed your problem.. Thanks Niko with Mototech271
